Adventures in Homemaking

Our one and only little girl is growing up way too fast. She's been starting to learn her way around the kitchen, with a little help from Mama. Last week she made her own muffins and this week she made dinner on her own. She roasted a chicken, made baked potatoes and green beans. She was quite proud of her accomplishments, as were her Papa and Mama. She was a little worried about touching the chicken at first, and not quite sure about stuffing it with onions, but once she got used to it she was a pro. :) I wish I had taken pics of the entire meal she made, but sadly I forgot to! Dinner time is usually crazy time around here with 6 hungry little kiddos. I'm thankful the Lord blessed me with a daughter so eager to learn to help in motherly ways.
