Smoothies are a favorite around here. The kids love them, and so do Taylor and I! There's so many ways to pack lots of good for you stuff in a good tasting cold smoothie they never get boring! Although, with kids, it can get messy. Usually our littlest kids ages 4 and under end up with unibrows, because somehow when they tip up the drink, the end up getting it smack dab between the eyebrows LoL. Here's Samuel enjoying a smoothie.



Our favorite things to add to smoothies
-Milk Keifer
- Yogurt
- Coconut Water
- Bananas
- Frozen Fruit (Strawberries, Blue Berries, Magos, Peaches, Raspberries are a few favs)
- Wheat Germ
- Spinach or other greens
- Ground Flax Seed
- Acerola Powder
- Kelp Powder
The list is endless and tastes fantastic! A easy way to get kids all sorts of good stuff!
